How Online Notarization + Apostille Works, Step by Step

1. You send the request

The form takes about a minute: your document type, where you'll be signing from, your preferred session time, and — for apostille orders — the destination country. No payment is taken on the form. A real person reviews every request and replies with your secure payment link and session invitation.

2. Identity verification

Before the video session you complete the verification Florida law requires: a scan of your government-issued photo ID plus identity questions. It takes about three minutes in your browser — no apps, no printing.

3. The video session
