Online notarization replaces the trip to a notary's office with a secure, recorded video session. You upload your document, verify your identity with a photo-ID scan and identity questions, then meet a commissioned notary public online. The notary watches you sign electronically, applies an electronic seal and digital certificate, and you receive the notarized PDF — tamper-evident and legally complete.

Is a document notarized online legal?

Yes. Our notaries are commissioned online notaries under Florida Statutes Chapter 117, Part II, and a notarization performed under that law is recognized across the United States the same way any out-of-state notarization is. Courts, banks, title companies, and government agencies accept remotely notarized documents every day — and for international use, the Florida Department of State will apostille them.

What you need

$45 per document, complete — the $25 online notarial act Florida law allows plus our platform and service fee, stated exactly as F.S. 117.275 requires. Additional documents in the same session are $20 each. No subscriptions, no memberships, no surprise add-ons.

Can I use an online notary service from any state?

Yes. The notarization is governed by the notary's commissioning state (Florida), and it's recognized in all 50 states — the same interstate recognition that applies to any notarized document.

What documents can be notarized online?
